It makes more sense to bring in a rookie to develop than to go for more older players unless the Bears feel like their current window is closing, then they would go all in for 2020. My guess is that Pace is going to trade down and try to get some extra picks with the Raiders 2nd. Someone from the back of the 2nd will want to trade up and give up their 3rd to do it.
