If he is not willing to do what Brad Smith and Michael Robinson or Matt Jones all similar athletes were willing to do he won't find a job in NFL. Minor league franchises in baseball do this all the time. It's free press. Googling the phrase "Minor league team gives away" is actually kinda fun.
