They also signed Osweiler, Leaves Denver miserably short on talent

I was thinking about the nightmare scenario possibility. Could it be possible that all the likely guys are gone?
1. TEN - Jeremy Tunsil - I don't see how he is not the #1 pick.
2. CLE - QB - Who cares who it is. They're picking a QB.
3. SD - Joey Bosa - He's largely thought of as the best guy in the draft.
4. DAL - Jalen Ramsey - They are picking him or Hargreaves. I'm convinced of it.
5. JAX - Myles Jack - They need defense everywhere. Getting a field-general makes sense.
6. BAL - A'Shawn Robinson - Canty is weak, and their LBs are firm.
7. SF - Ronnie Stanley - They just hired Chip Kelly. He's going offense.
8. MIA - Jaylon Smith - The second ILB jumps off the board.
9. TB - Deforest Buckner - Obviously a great pick for them.
10. NYG - Reggie Ragland - They need a MLB. Brinkley sucks.
Assuming no trades, all of those picks could happen. The most unlikely one is Miami's at #8. Otherwise, that could happen.
Who the hell do the Bears pick at that point? Is it Hargreaves by default? If so, would you be happy with it?
I think the Giants will go OL in the first which could leave Ragland for us but this draft is total crap shoot.

I said it over at the injury thread, I still feel that he is very immature and is easily swayed, BM had a huge impact on him, and I think he is posturing for release. But being he is talent that you dont see often, a Franchise tag maybe a waste on the type character this guy has shown. I am not a shrink by any means But I have Led men into battle and know when a man is not into it he dont give his all. It maybe a season of soft tissue injuries or concussed or just flat no effort in catching passes. either way a Frachise tag would be waste on guy that truly dont want to be a Bear,
-
With FA's galore on the Bears, who do your resign? I mean can you let Acho or MAcMannis go? Or Jeffery, who would you keep?
-
it maybe more then just soft tissue injury, he trains with BMarsh, he was known as a non effort guy while in college. We all thought he changed his ways. but that may not be the case.
I bet dollars to doughnuts, he has something going on in that head of his that Bmarsh planted. Watch if he ends up in New York than my assumptions would be upheld.

I can not believe the D came up huge on that last drive. Personally I can not wait till the draft and get some true outside LBs. can you imagine this D with awesome outside LBs.
-
Holy Crap the D Held
-
Fox team always was a run first type team. lets hope this D can hold em, Wishful thinking I know but one can dream
-
Now lets put this game away
-
Yes Porter!!!
-
those helms look like something out of the arena league.Keep the traditional look.
-
You are correct, someone else said we have no identity. Our defense is being rebuilt and our offense has not taken the next step.
That is the key, None at all, at least they used to have one, Defense. this year none at all, Need a strong leader, not the meek from St Claus Indiana.
-
In other news how bout them Rams? 21-3 up on the world champion Seachokes?!
that will be the Bears score if they dont pull the preverbal head out their ass..
-
its a total wash the first half, The Bears look like they expected a cake walk, I hope they rip em a good one in the locker room. I never expected this. Start RUNNING the ball.It seems they totaly forget about Forte.

Go to the suntimes and watch the video from fox sports. Url actually was very complementory to Cutler and the Bears Defense. Actually said and agreed that the Bears will win the NFCN and will compete with the Seahawks and Niners. Very interesting video.

Maybe they edited it but when I looked at it it was this:
"Kicker Robbie Gould added: "The time to take vacations is in January" no problem with that answer
-
Fuller played all DB positions and LB in college. He filled in even though he was a starter. I think he can handle it no problem. Tucker appears like a SS and FS in traditional sense. If so he is off to FS, Ballhawk city in Chicago.
-
For the Fuller pick I personaly like it, "A productive four-year starter for the Hokies, Fuller recorded 173 tackles, six interceptions, 23.5 tackles-for-loss, 26 pass breakups and 4.5 sacks while appearing in 50 games with 42 starts. The 6-foot, 190-pounder is a physical tackler who provides versatility in coverage and solid run support." He had a great career in the ACC good enough for me at this point
-
Izzy will move inside as well, he played DT for the Bears just 3 short years ago. He beefs up to couple a pounds everytime he does it. I dont think he will be in DE rotation, But in the DT yes.

Seems like the staff of around the league on nfl network likes what Emery is doing

Horse shit. A few token guys get canned but the leader stays. Reminds me of the Reagan Administration. Oh well, as others have said, fix the D this year or the whole staff is subject to getting shitcanned.
I understand the Bears are trying to be loyal to Tucker and not fire him after one incredibly jinxed season. With that said, they damn well better make major changes to personnel and scheme because this shit was downright embarrassing.
Huh? Your Kidding right?
