Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports Chicago Bears C Patrick Mannelly (hip) has been sidelined with a minor hip injury.

    The Chicago Bears signed long snapper J.J. Milan to a contract on Tuesday.

     

    Milan signed with the Oakland Raiders in 2007 as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Nevada. The Indianapolis Colts claimed him off waivers in August, 2007. The Colts waived the 6-5, 265-pounder last year.
