Had the RROD and did the X-Clamp repair.

 

It lives again!!!

 

It took less than an hour to do the repair. Now I have two working Xbox 360s. Kinda fun to do too. I may buy some dead ones on ebay and fix them and resell as X-Clamp repaired.
