Some good things to see him being vocal as a leader and a couple funny comments here and there. Watching Cutler get pumped up about a critical Forte run to pick up a first down and stay in bounds to run out the clock. And when an amused Jay tells Url "I haven't done anything yet" presumably well into the 2nd quarter and Url just responds "Well keep it up because we're kicking their asses".
