The Chicago Bears are exploring the possibility of signing free-agent SS Charlie Peprah (Packers). The Green Bay Packers, Peprah's former team, reportedly released him after he failed a physical on the first day of training camp. Peprah did not participate in offseason workouts after having arthroscopic knee surgery. The Bears want to examine the knee before proceeding with signing him.
