I think that was the whole reason to resign him; with Urlacher's issues with his neck and back we don't know how effective he will be come next year. Briggs probably will step up as our best linebacker next year as Urlacher fades away (I hope this is not the case!)

Maybe a wee bit premature? We haven't gotten through free agency yet and there is still the draft. Minnesota overpaid for Berrian, there was nothing we could do, he isn't that good anyways for that kind of money IMO.

He is the replacement for the Williamson trade I presume.. A better player at that I might add.

Yeah, he measured in at 6'5 and 3/4 w/o shoes so he'd probably be playing at 6'7 which is unbelievable for a wide receiver. I remember him killing the Illini for 2 years, I want him on this team. I'm saying screw offensive lineman in the first round, you can find a guy in the later rounds but I don't want to spend a draft pick on an OL when there are skill players that will help us get to the next level.

This is one wide receiver I want the Bears to draft. He just ran a 4'4 forty at 6'5 so that will definitely boost his draft stock. He has huge hands which makes him a pretty solid Possession receiver but he can also beat you with the deep ball. If I were Jerry Angelo I'd be thinkin about taking this guy with our number 1 pick, maybe number 2 (But I doubt it now).

I could see Benson in a Broncos uniform. Will it happen? Probably not.

Either there is a trade coming or were going to use Anderson in a backup role again next year where he thrived at.

I'm kind of thinking I'll hear that Marty Booker has signed in the next day or so; this seems like a definite possibility.

I think if we drafted Rashard which I definitely would do, we could use him and Benson as a combo atleast for a year. I think it would work out, Benson would be the starter and Rashard be the change of pace back or vise versa.

McNabb might as well just stay there if he's staying for one more year, otherwise nobody will want him as an even older McNabb

Nope, actually his second one was 74 yards Brennan won the accuracy contest and the Flacco won the scrambling competition of all things with Brennan coming in second. A first round selection would probably be too much of a reach IMO, but second round maybe.
