Hard to get a read on this.  The big prize Connor Williams is still available and would be a great fit but his injury recovery really clouds the contract talks.  Is Shelton gap insurance if we sign Williams?  Is he gap insurance to help a rookie come up to speed?

    As soon as I posted this I got my answer reading the Keenan Allen thread.   Shelton is the gap insurance for a rookie.
