So we are now nearing the halfway point of the season, already had the bye, so we should have a pretty good idea about who this team is and what their identity is, especially on offense. 

Can someone tell me what that is? 

The fact that we don't know after a full offseason and two months of the regular season is worrisome. Something is wrong.
