Samurai now Head coach in SF

Featured Replies

Let Samurai get his feet a little wet up there in San Francisco and then it will be time to bring him home where he rightfully belongs. It is hard to root for the 49ers however, will definitely become a fan and only and always hope for the best for Singletary. Sort of like for me rooting for the Lakers. Hate the Lakers however, always want Phil Jackson to do well and win more World Championships.

Living here in the South Bay, I always wish both the raiders and 49ers the worst. It's hell being a Bears fan sround here when either of those teams does well. :(

Mike's going to have his work cut out for him, and I seriously doubt he can turn the 49ers around. The owner is an idiot, their D is terrible, and O'Sullivan is showing that he doesn't belong on the field with all his fumbles, INTs, and sacks because he doesn't get rid of the ball soon enough.

On top of all that, Martz now feels dissed. Mike is going to have problems with him....

Ha! Love the reference!

Well hopefully he can stop the opposition cold. He has been jammin' for quite a while.

Mike could end up just being the interim guy, unless he does turn things around this season. But what does he have to work with? And yes, I would love to have him come home, but only if he shows he can get the job doen. (I think he can)

He's definitley got a tough job there!

I htink he'd be a fantastic HC... Really, he needs to just surround himself with good X's & O's guys on O & D, and be the motivator,etc... I think he'd excel in that kind of role. Give a general overall direction.

I would love to have him in Chicago, But as time has gone on I see him deifferently then I did before. I think he would make a rockin Defensive coord. Get babitch back in college and let Mike take the D.
