Audiopass is what you need. I ditched Directv for the gamepass starting last year. $30-40 for the year and I can watch all games in HD (when the gameday is done) commercial free. They have preseason and radio variants as well.

I was looking for a free way actually. Once I get the cash I'm going to purchase NFL package for my cm radio
