September 27, 201312 yr comment_125872 All per Biggs. Cohen was a 7th round pick of the Lions, started 4 games there and started another game in 2011 for the Pats. ESPN scouting report- Cohen is a one-gap defensive tackle who is at his best disrupting running plays, making plays in the backfield and rushing the passer. The biggest knock on him is that he's vastly undersized for the interior defensive line, which could mean that teams will have success running at him. Coming out of college he was 275, he's now listed at 300. He'll pretty much take Minters spot. Interested in seeing what Minter can do. Report
September 28, 201312 yr comment_125894 I'm not optimistic about this signing but what else do you find in the middle of the season. He does know the defense so should be able to step in right away if that's what the coaches want. I prefer to see what Minter can do first. Not that I have big expectations for him but he did earn a roster spot for a reason. Report

I believe that you will, like I said in the first post I think he basically takes Minters place(you may have confused this for Melton) as an inactive DT. Seymour would have been nice but I don't think the Bears have the money he's looking for. I would have preferred Okoye to this guy but oh well. Report
