Back when trestman was in NFL as OC the TE wasn't nearly as heavily used around the NFL as they are now

The Saints tendered RFA center Brian DeLaPuente
He's entering final yr of his deal making $2.125M. Also needs to be said none of that is tied to a signing bonus meaning he can be cut with no dead money

2013 Cap Hits
Ok now your talking an extension while earlier u said restructuring. They are 2 completely different terms. Restructuring is what the Steelers have done and why they are in cap hell. If you are actually meaning an extension then hell yeah im all for that

The Saints tendered RFA center Brian DeLaPuente
Ok technically its not a trade but we give up a 2nd for a C. No thanks. Don't care what u want to call it
-
The Saints tendered RFA center Brian DeLaPuente
I agree. No way would i ever trade a 2nd for a C. Especially when we have so many other holes to fill 1st and garza may not be good but he is serviceable

The Saints tendered RFA center Brian DeLaPuente

intriguing WRs
Last night on twitter greg cossell talked about 2 WRs that he likes according to what he sees on tape. Both have mid to late rd selection type grades currently Aaron Mellette, Elon - greg likes him for his size, great hands plus athleticism at 6'2" 217 lbs. Also has deceptive movement for a big. Check out his stats and they blow u away. I would love to look at this guy in the 4th Conner Vernon- Duke-- very good route runner w/ understanding of how to use vertical stem to breakdown cushion and separate. 1 concern is that he's a bit of a 1 speed receiver w/o much burst. But very good hands and great feel for subletives of route running. He's 6'0 196 lbs and has NFL bloodlines(Al Del Greco)

Its always helpful to have a gal who understands. My wife has realized(if I'm home for game) just to leave me be and completely ignore anything i say during games

2013 Cap Hits
Restructuring pepp isn't good IMO sorry. U say cap is supposed to go up considerable in 2015 but what ive seen from Albert breer and mortenson and schefter is that we are looking at marginal increase for 2014 and then an increase of roughly $4M in 2015. Pepp already has cap hits of $17.1M in 2014 and $19.6M in 2015. By restructuring this yr we increase both of those figures and it will make it that much harder to release him if father times hits him

Kevin Boothe
Pff had him rated at +8.2. Don't know what breakdown is cuz i don't have premium service
-
IF
If your scenario happens I'm all for drafting either eifert or Austin

2013 Cap Hits

Cap Space
Bears offense and force in same sentence? Sorry im gonna need to see that before i start believing it. I would also add we need a WR not named Marshall to step up. I believe Jeffrey can do that. But gotta see it before i believe it

Bears expected to tender Collins
Im wondering if the $$ was the issue. He showed enough promise to welcome him back. Im thinking for a 1 yr around 800k
