Get with your oline coach and create a plan to create some success for your oline instead of starting every game putting them in a position to fail right off the bat. Actually create a game plan that will give us a shot to do something with what we have. Dont just run plays to feed your ego, because you are a "great offensive mind" and the coach of the "greatest show on turf" blah blah blah. Not exciting, but maybe it can give us a win.
