  1. What was his quarterback rating today? It was at like 119 through 3 quarters. That is completely unacceptable for a guy who's never started before. I don't care how many years he's been in the league. The defense did not come out prepared against a pretty vanilla offense. Even when they did get stops, the field position was so grossly in their favor.

I figured the offense would be a rough watch today, but they blew countless opportunities in the redzone all day. When you're there, you HAVE to finish.

I also thought Cutler was bad today. His ball placement was out of whack. Some of those plays that went for big yards could have ended up TD's if he had lead the receivers better. He also can't seem to throw the fade well anymore. He keeps throwing to the inside and it almost gets picked off everytime.

I agree on the under throws

  2. I hate the broncos, living out here. Remember the last time we played them, we were going to be the first team to ever shut out the broncos at home. It was 10-0 bears with 2 minutes left, Marion Barber runs for a first down and fumbles without contact, broncos ball and they score. Then we get the ball back and Denver has no time outs, we can run out the clock, but Marion Barber runs out of bounds stops the clock and Denver gets ball back and kicks field goal with no time left and we go into overtime and loose. I WANT REVENGE!

  3. That's why I said he is uncoachable, for a veteran, he still locks on receivers, for a veteran, he still does not step up in the pocket, for a veteran, he still waits to throw the ball when the receiver is open, not RIGHT BEFORE the receiver gets open. He keeps going back to making mental mistakes like a rookie. That's why he's known as a jeckle/hyde,because he's an athlete but still does a lot of rookie mistakes. Maybe one reason why the our defense gets soooo close to sacking the qb is because they expect the opposing qb to NOT step up in the pocket like (Cut-her) probably does in practice. It pisses the hell out of me i'm yelling at (Cut-her) and the TV " STEP UP". Eddie Royal was a little open in the endzone if the ball would of been thrown to the right side of the endzone where only he could of got to it, and I know (Cut-her) had pressure, but that's a throw many qb's with as many snaps as (cut-her) has in the NFL, make.

  4. Stop living in the last you say? Now that's rich... This coming from a guy who rips Lovie Smith at every chance.

Anyhow I digress. Yes overall, the team did well. Cutler did ok. In watching the replay just a little bit ago I had forgotten about the near fumble in the first half and the near interception in the end zone to Micah Hyde during that three and out debacle in the red zone. That near miss was much more Cutler-esque than was the throw to Matthews.

Jays still locking on targets. Yes he's getting better at distributing the ball to other players and checking options. But when he gets lazy he watches his receiver nearly start to finish. In a play shortly before the interception they show Cutler throw a nice toss to Bennett (nearly in the same area as the int) but for 2/3rds of that play he watched Bennett cross the field until he threw the ball. I would be willing to bet that Matthews noticed that and when he went to do the throw to Bennett shortly after Matthews watched Jays eyes and cut the route. Right behind Matthews and trailing was Wilson who was pretty open because Matthews scrambled left.

Maybe they could give Jay one of them Michael Vick tinted visors? 😎

  5. Oh good god are you serious. Dudes having a good game and you want to rip him

    A good game???????????/ under 50% no touchdowns??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????/

  6. Cutler is a bad student of the game, he doesnt know how to step up in the pocket, his huddle never claps on break,he waits for receiver to get open instead of leading him,he telegraphs alot, doesnt check down, Forte,Jefferies, Marshal,Bennet are above to good weapons, etc

  7. Did anyone else get mad at our running plays , too many fakes before Forte gets the ball, damn just give him the ball and let the line try to open a split second hole for him, instead of the line having hold the defense so long.

  8. Are you at the games watching him the whole time?

Again I see the qb coach with photos in his hands LOOKING at them, and cutler sitting by him and he is NOT LOOKING at them. I'm not talking about looking at them when he is not sitting with qb coach,I'm talking about when the coach and him are sitting side by side and only coach is looking at them. And yesterday he should of thrown the ball away 3 times instead of taking sacks. He's a veteran making rookie mistakes over and over.

  9. Are you at the games watching him the whole time?

No but I see every other qb at least once looking at photos with the coach(got the ticket) and i watch more of the Bear game than the others.I never see cutler do this. You remind me of me when I was a little kid, or other kids today, in that they like their qb because he is the qb of your favorite team. Because you act like this you do not realize that your love for cutler does not mean he is good or needs to be done with. Many thought they were getting a pro bowl qb when we signed him,but the only reason why he went one time in the afc is because 2 or 3 qbs that year could not or did not want to go and he was an alternate. What could any other qb in the league do with marshal, jefferies, bennet, forte etc.

  10. The Bears or any other team will never win the SB with Cutler. Just one of many things I hate about cutler=ALL other qb's look at the photos and study it with the qb coach when the D is on the field. Cutler looks at it for a second or not at all (he does not even have the photos in his hands the coach does) and then has this attitude like "I already know this, I do not need to look at the photos" I seen many times where the coach is sitting next to cutler looking at the photos and cutler is looking in the other direction or away like he's not at fault . Both interceptions and the one that should of been picked off, he threw without setting up his feet. He's like a good rookie, he makes some good throws and then makes throws that a veteran should not make. He does this 3,4,5 times a season. brady, manning, brees, rodgers etc do this once a season. He is not a leader. I will not respond to all the cutler lovers. Cutler has one of, if not the best package around him, the line, receivers and runningback, so please no comparisons to Josh McCown.

Some of us are brainwashed to like cutler because he's a Bear but other fans of the NFL all know his attitude sucks.

Yup, saw it again, the qb coach looking at photos sitting next to cutler and cutler looking into the sky like" i don't need to look at photos" different from every other qb in the nfl.

  11. Good we drafted him because Peanut is probably done.

    Peace :dabears

Wasn't that how Peanut got his starting job,in his rookie or second year? I believe someone got hurt for the Bears against Minnesota and they put in Tillman and he intercepted a ball thrown to Randy Moss, and ever since then Tillman was our starter? Looks like same story for Fuller.

  13. I dont see anyone else offering Urlacher anything, so I dont see us offering him anything until after the draft either.

IF we draft Ogletree, its possible we offer Urlacher a coaching position I think.

I know people will say that Ogletree could start on the strong side, and then move over next year, but i just dont think URL has the legs to do it anymore.

Keep Urlacher for as little as possible and use him at safety and other packages.Without having him to be playing in so much traffic (worrying about his legs so much) he might do better. And he can be coaching.

  14. As the season is unravelling, I believe what Mr. Urlacher is doing is known as "piling on." Always a plus when it comes from your team captain.

If you think it's ugly now, Brian, just wait and see if your boys lay an egg in Phoenix and Detroit.

    LOL, man was that funny
