Yeah and next year is a contract year for him as well. I don't think that Grossman should be anointed the starter automatically. He should not be the starter until it's determined he is the best QB the Bears have. I would personally like to see Garcia leading the Bears next year instead of Rex but that isn't likely since "Rex is our quarterback."
He completed plenty to the Colts and could have given them at least 1 or maybe two more if the Colts weren't "respecting" him so much.
Right but before that (1986) when was the last time the Bears went? It hadn't been during the modern Super Bowl era (any of the other 41 Super Bowls) and yet, they won that Super Bowl pretty easily. When was the last time the Colts went to the SB? They seemed to know what to do last night.
If the QB can't keep the offense on the field, how do you blame the defense for being tired? This one should hang out the offensive play of Grossman.
Wouldn't have been nice that if every play on offense consisted of the opposing team kicking the ball to Hester for each down? Just kidding of course but at least we would have moved forward on the field.
