another question, would Chriss Harris play SS?

For the first time all season, not one bear was on the injury list. Everyone practiced except Fred Miller and Rueben Brown who had a veteran's day off. That is very good news!

Geez, I am 100% sure that Hillenmeyer would do a great job of being the second LB on this team. I don't see why everyone thinks Hillenmeyer won't cut it. Hillenmeyer is probably one of the NFL's most underrated players. We already drafted Jamar Williams in the 4th round last year, and Jamar Williams was compared to Lance Briggs by a lot of the Bears personal. The team is looking at him for next year to replace Briggs. Not a first round pick. It would be stupid to waste money in free agency or waste a first day pick on a LB. That is just my opinion.

I really think whenever we are right on the goal line, Benson should come in. He can jump, which we haven't seen Jones do. I think it would be wise to pound it in with him. Thoughts?

Give me a break. You are just looking for excuses to say Benson sucks. Benson made a mistake. Not any player in the history of the NFL can say they never made a mistake. Benson still needs to work on his blocking, but that is why he is a second year player. He is learning. You think Jones was as good as a blocker as he is now compared to his first season or two? Seriously, stop with the Benson hate, it was a good by the bears yesterday.

Look at Cromartie. He started like one game in college, and was injured his whole junior season. He still went first round, and I think he is starting for SD. I highly doubt AP stays another year.
