Fantastic. Their is a rumor that we have offered Ballard the job. I find it BS, unless of course we have interviewed him. Very clear that he's our top choice and that we are his top choice. I am excited but want to hold back that excitement till it is confirmed, haha.

    I just love the snippets I've heard from his guys and see how he handled some significant adversity on the defensive side of the football in Arizona while still excelling.
