He clearly said he didn't want to be involved in personnel matters unless charcter is involved and he sounded like he told McDonald that one false move and your gone but worded it as if you want to remain a Bear you need to do exyz or else. If that is how George signed off on it then I like that approach. In other words prove you're motivated to change. Report
