He was a good coach.

Did a great job with getting Howard ready at a drop of a dime. He was great right away when Langford struggled/injured and obviously took the job and never looked back.

    On the other hand he didn't do so well getting Langford ready to be the starter, and that was an entire offseason's work. Plus he was part of the leadership group that missed on Howard's potential early in the season. I still think he was a good coach.
