Bears just rotating the bottom of the roster. They are both still "on the team" but not available. Kind of like an unprotected practice squad.

For example,. another reason the bears took so long to pick a kicker is so that the other one would be familiar with the coaches etc, in case we need him.

Pace is doing a great job.
