June 8, 20205 yr comment_180916 Last Monday, the team had a zoom meeting in regards to the social injustice and police brutality ongoing issues in the country. Apparently, from reports and quotes from the players, they went into thinking it was not going to be productive, but it turns out that it really hit home for a lot of players. The team's bond strengthened and you could tell that some players genuinely felt like there was progress made. In general, that's great, and for a team that has to rely on each other on every play, that is also a great thing. Nagy has been trying to change the culture and I think that meeting may be one of those turning points, where the team was half in and half out on all the things Nagy was implementing, but now it feels like a bulk of the core players are all in. So we will see if it makes a difference, but I feel like that meeting may have helped multiple causes. Report
