Let's go! I'm going to miss Justin but I am 100% behind Caleb! Peace

If Marvin Harrison Jr. falls to 5, would you trade the #9 pick and our first round pick next year to move up and draft him? Peace
-
The Bears absolutely screwed the pooch with Fields - failing to provide him the tools to develop and surrounding him with enough talent. Justin owns some of this but the majority is on the coaching staff/front office. Given the Bears have the #1 pick I fully expect them to draft a new starting QB. I'm good with however Poles and staff chooses to do this. My only hope is they have the structure around this new QB so he can be successful. If not, we'll be starting process over again in 3/4 years. Peace

Caller to the SCORE this morning said it best - "They need to fix themselves (their process of handling QBs) before they attempt to replace the QB". I am fine with them getting rid of Justin if they are making changes to the coaching staff that address how we handle/develop QBs. They cannot keep doing the same thing and expect it to work. Peace

I believe Kmet is 3rd all time in receptions by a Bears TE with 208 and will overtake Bennett next year to take 2nd. Ditka is just over 300 so he should easily pass him in the next couple of years. Peace

i want the Bears to trade out of the #1 pick and get the best return they can. I would be OK with draft a QB on day 2 to develop behind Justin. I don't see resetting the QB clock as having any benefit for us as I think we are ready to compete for the playoff next year. Peace

Bears got a win when they needed it but it was against the worst team in football. Hopefully, this helps secure the #1 pick. I really hope Justin balls out the rest of the year and we do not have to draft a QB. Peace -
Absolutely love this!!! Butkus is on the Bears Mount Rushmore and should also be on the NFLs. He's absolutely a GOAT! Peace
-
I'm surprised we got anything for him but I am impressed that Poles took ownership of the mistake and moved on asap. This would have not happened under Pace or Emery. Peace
-
I honestly don't see them firing anyone until the end of the season simply because that is something the Bears do not do. If they do that actually is a good thing as it means Warren is fully in charge. Peace

Teven Jenkins will miss time with stained calves

The most important ability is availability. Peace -
Love this signing - very team friendly. Peace

Sorry to hear, Pix. Rest up and heal up. Peace

Sometimes we say dumb things. He was a very good player for the Bears. I wish him nothing but the best except for when we play them. Peace
-
I'm good with Whitehair, Patrick and Kramer fighting it out for center. Peace
-
Trade back! They should have their choice of trade partners. Peace
-
Agreed. Signs him to a one year deal and move forward. Peace

The first pick tomorrow is going to be in high demand. I would take advantage of that and trade down to get back a low 5th or high 6th to replace the pick we traded earlier. Peace
-
Agreed. This draft is incredibly solid so far for us. Do you start looking best player available for the rest of the draft? Peace
-
I love this pick. He's a plug-and-pay RT, who should be the starter for the next 10 years. Peace
-
I traded down in my mock to get Wright. I would love this draft but I would pick a QB late (6th or 7th round) - someone like Max Duggan. Peace
-
I used Brugler's draft as a reference as well but I traded back with Pittsburgh giving up 9 & 53 for picks 17, 32 and 80. * is where the pick matches Brugler. 17) Darnell Wright, RT, Tennessee 32) Emmanuel Forbes, CB, Mississippi State 61) Sam LaPorta, TE, Iowa 64) Derick Hall, Edge, Auburn * 80) Zach Pickens, DT, South Carolina 103) Xavier Hutchinson, WR, Iowa State * 133) Luke Wypler, C, Ohio State * 136) Sydney Brown, S, Illinois 148) Kobie Turner, DT, Wake Forest * 218) Evan Hull, RB, Northwestern 258) Max Duggan, QB, TCU Peace

Blackwell was outstanding on special teams. Peace
-
Agreed. I wonder if he's a replacement for Houston-Carson, who they have not resigned yet. Peace

I agree he needs help. However, he didn't cooperate with the police initially. He lied on several occasions. His talent is tantalizing but it's a hard pass. Peace
