August 17, 200817 yr comment_44170 Things I've learned about Brett Favre this preseason By Pete Becker 1. He puts his cargo shorts on one leg at a time, just like the rest of us. Only, it takes him a little longer 'cause he can't decide which leg to put in first. 2. He charters planes to travel from Hattiesburg, Miss. to Green Bay, Wisc. Except, he can't make up his mind on the departure time and the darn thing keeps getting delayed. 3. He wants to play for the Jets. Eventually. It took him a while to get to that conclusion. 4. He wishes he was still a Packer. Or a Viking. As long as that team played in the NFC North. Or maybe South. West or East might be OK, too. Or maybe the AFC might be nice. 5. When Brett Favre makes a decision, he sticks with it. For at least four minutes. Sometimes, four days. Maybe even four months. Report
