Source - Williams may be active this weekend

I was reading this in the paper during work today. I love this and I think the kid has a bright future. Hopefully we get up big tomorrow and we can see what CW can do!

LIke to see him in a jumbo package on the goal line with Bueninng. Have them plow the road. Kruetz, Beekman, St.Clair, Garza, Tait, Bueninng and Williams all pushing from the 5.

they should sit him. there is no reason for him to be playing. we dont need him and he had BACK surgery. You dont mess around with that.

i agree. We do not need him right now and we definitely dont need a rookie who has not played a down in the NFL getting some reps at this point of the season. We need this guy for the next 10 years, we dont need him now.

If he does play, hopefully it will be at RT to replace Tait.

He did suit up today and they deactivated turnstyle Miller. Did anyone see him on the field?

Williams was on the fieldgoal unit.

I wouldn't bet him playing next week either, knowing that the best defensive line in football is coming to play. I'd like to see him get some reps in on special teams atleast at some point to get him used to real contact in a game.
