It turns out Andrews blew out his knee last week or something, and so it seemed like it was obvious to give it to Houshmandzadeh. Well, Adam Schefter says the Bengals WILL NOT use it on Houshmandzadeh but maybe Chad. This means TJ will be able to test the market. Sounds like good news for us. Thoughts? Report
