Todd Johnson was released by the Rams

absolutely, at least he can tackle

McBride is definitely expendable and will probably be the one to go if we clear a roster spot. Not sure if I would take Johnson. His only real contribution would be on special teams as he is only a SS and he will not be ahead of Alfava or Payne.

Peace :dabears

I would rather grab this guy and drop McBride.

The Chiefs surprisingly released Ben Pollard on Saturday, the Kansas City Star reports.Spin: Pollard spent nearly all of training camp with the first-team defense and had started 31 games since being selected in the second round of the 2006 draft. However, rumors began swirling this week that the Chiefs were trying to trade him to allow veteran Mike Brown to move into the starting lineup. Pollard will certainly catch on elsewhere, but his IDP value has suffered a crushing blow.brkgnews.png88x21_RWdotcom_trans.gifSat
