April 5, 201213 yr comment_104389 I don't know a thing about these guys but they can't be studs given the one year deals they're signing. Report
April 5, 201213 yr comment_104390 I think you will see a lot of short term deals as they project a huge increase in the Cap within the next 2 years and players agents want to be sure to cash in when the teams have more money to spend. IMHO Report
April 5, 201213 yr comment_104393 I'm pretty impressed by these signings. I saw Hayden signed for the minimum and I doubt Wilhite signed for much more, if at all. But both guys have starting experience, so they aren't just scrubs. Report
April 5, 201213 yr comment_104394 Really hard to see us drafting a DB now. Looks more and more like OL, DL, and WR. Report

On the flip side, we really wanted to get the DE from Jacksonville and the DE from Detroit. Pending an unexpected player falling, I'd be shocked if we didn't go DE in round #1. Report
April 6, 201213 yr comment_104400 I am alone in saying........ Who the F is that? Damnit. I couldn't remember so you made me google it. Jeremy Mincey from Jacksonville. At one point the DE was rumored to be signing with the Bears and we had heavy interest. He inked with Jacksonville for 4 years, 27.2 million. We were also rumored to want Cliff Avril if available. He was franchised and signed a long term deal. Report

April 6, 201213 yr comment_104416 He meant who the f*** is Jonathan Wilhite. He is a new DB on the Chicago Bears, played for NE and DEN; has started 15 games in his 4 year career (comparable to Bowman and more than Graham). A decent pickup for a backup DB. Report
April 6, 201213 yr comment_104427 Brian you read me like a book LOL I don't know much about them either but they can't be worse than Graham and Bowman. I think we wanted Hayden last year before he signed with the Falcons. Report
