Game plan ?

Featured Replies

Hello everyone , Its been a while since I posted. I hope everybody is doing good ?

Let me ask you what would be your offensive game plan be for tonight? We all know what our defense will do, #1 stop the run and #2 then play the pass.

And if the Texans are charitable our "D" will have no problem of receiving such gifts.

Game time weather and field conditions should be considered in your thoughts.

I believe Houston can be run on, and if Watt is getting concerned about the run, it will take away from his pass rush. So I would like to pound the ball with Forte and Bush, especially with some delayed draws. Also look for Forte on some screens. Other than that, some quick 3 step drops and look long when they give the single high safety look.

On Defense, contain Foster. I believe Peanut and Jennings can contain the outside threats. The only other concern would be Daniels, but hopefully he doesn't play or is limited. That would make them much easier to defend. Foster also doesn't have Tate to spell him.

Also, they play really good in the 2nd Quarter for some reason. They have outscored their opponent 85-20 in that quarter compared to 152-117 for the other 3 quarters.

The gameplan should be the exact opposite of what they are doing right now. Scoring points would help :)

lol. It almost seems like they abandon what is working. They were running great over the right tackle with Bush and Forte, then they completely abandon that for garbage plays.

Kellen Davis just needs to be cut, he is horrible.

No way JJ Watt is DPOY, I didn't even notice him all game. He had 2 tackles, no sack, and no passed deflected.

...all that against the vaunted Bears Oline?

I'll say this: We desperately need Alshon Jeffrey back in the lineup so Hester can relax on the bench. Any WR who doesn't know we simply need 1 yard after his catch in the flat should enjoy more bench time. I said it a week ago....who has Hester ran away from lately? I don't know why people kick away from him. At this point I prefer to see more Weems or even Sanzenbacher at WR. Weems can run away from people, Sanzenbacher can't run but he can catch better than Hester. Getting one or the other out there is a win over Hester at this point IMO.
