Trying to think of the last time the Bears looked like this, where they were getting destroyed in every phase of the game. Every position looks horrible. Might be the Bengals game back when Ced Benson was running wild all over us.

Have you noticed Hester seems to ALWAYS go to the short side of the field? This reminds me of two or three eyars ago when he couldn't figure out how to go north-south, and kept going sideways.

This is a ass whoopin so far ! Hats off to Jim and the 49's Org. We all knew that our D might a bad game or two and the offense would have to stand up and put up points in those games.

The 49'ers almost have more points than the Bears have in total yards of offense. Within 3.

Even before halftime you could see that the offense doesn't even want to be there. Campbell doesn't have a shot. It is unwatchable football.

yup, he got abused again on that play that led to the QB fumble. This is what i dont understand. Carimi was one of the better OLinemen coming out of college...on of the best in college football. He gets to the Bears and looks weak, overmatched and clueless. This is why i am inclined to say i think it has something to do with coaching.

 

I had to chuckle watching the 3rd string QB warming up on the sideline...he looks like "oh shit, i am going to get killed out there"

The fact of the matter is that the Bears should have two stalwarts at each end of the offensive line right now. They drafted Chris Williams to be a franchise LT with the 11 pick and he turned out to be garbage. Carimi is well on his way to being garbage.

I mean, how many other teams have you seen give up career games to DEs on a consistent basis? It seems there are four games a year where a DE absolutely has a career-changing game, and the talking heads never catch on to the fact they almost always seem to have them against the Bears.

The Bears D was due for a rough game. The offense however is the worst coached I've seen. It's night and day between San Frans OC and Tice.

Yep. It's a mixture of both, imo. Tice, and the words genius or guru, should never be used in a sentence together.

The only real positive I've seen in this game so far: Urlacher looks suddenly fast again. He's all over the place. Is he finally over the injury?
