It's the old, that was then, this is now. I personally blame the coaches, but whatever it is, the D is not getting it done. Agreed, the OL will make your O better, but it doesn't take on the opposition's QB... The Giants had it on both sides of the ball. We arguably don't have it on either...

True, but it still doesn't alter the fact they had a real DL and WR's... If your wide open WR's can't catch a bread basket pass, you're punting...

Not quite... That D was pretty stellar even before they looked poised for the run...ours not so much. Also, remember that not much was expected of them. ...and they didn't make to the SB 2 years prior to that. Our D is a serious disappointment...
