Im right here and im stunned he ran that slow. At this point he would need an amazing pro day just to sniff the 1st rd. Im guessing he will fall to mid 2nd now. However i still believe he will have a good career
  2. Several mocks I've seen say late 1st early 2nd
  3. Just reporting what I've seen some say. Some believe he will be a big time stud in the league
  4. There were a few who had Austin pegged in top 15 before the combine
  5. If that's true that's so far beyond dumb. Maybe good thing dude was fired

Can't say i know much about him but 4.63 forty. 31 bp and 9'11" broad is pretty impressive. Also just saw chris gragg of ark ran 4.4 forty
  7. Just because previous regimes sucked at getting the right guys doesnt mean ignore all raw players. It is possible that emery and coaching staff could find and develop these raw guys that turn into studs

Tyler Eifert is proving his 1st rd grade with 4.60 forty time. 35" vert and 9'11" broad. Just crushing ertz. Kinda also proves y thoughts about ertz. Nice addition but not worth the high grade for him

Just my thinking but i would get fluker rd 1 and trade into 3rd to get armstead
  10. I would also had the WR from TN. Name escapes me but i think 1st name is coderrelle
  11. Let's take all this with q grain of salt though. If he's smart he lays out some truth and some false info in a way to make sure other teams don't know what hes thinking. He said 2 FA tackles so my thinking is he wants to bring in at least 2 tackles using both FA and draf. I do believe he would prefer to have webb as the swing tackle. I do think Louis is starting guard but like u said depends on health. In regards to SMC i believe he will be that swing DE and will have several packages as a LB as well in order to get most out of his talents
  12. No thanks. Is wanting near $10 mil. He's not worth it. To namy drops plus i have this gut feeling its brady that makes him damn good. Before brady he was nothing
  13. I would love to get clowney but risking this yr and then Hoping like hell kc sucks again is to much of a risk IMO especially in a media central like Chicag. That wouldn't play out well
  14. He also played in that national championship game with this bad foot and completely dominated ND front line and always got to 2nd level. Most analysts agree ND front is really good. So dominating them with a bad foot has to br impressive at least
  15. Personally i listen to players with a grain of salt. We've all seen so many ;ppl say samething yet can't catch at all

And its been proven by loads of athletes across all sports that drop weight doesn't necessarily result in better speed. Which is my point. Its no guarantee
  17. I originally thought top 10 in rd 2. If hes there at 50 i want him. If he struggled as much as they say and still is very decorated from several positions thats hell of a lot better than anyone on our roster

That says not good in man to man. Which i can go along with that having seen every game. But we don't run man to man. Url almost always dropped back and played zone and i think thats an ideal fit for him. Not saying perfect fit for us. Just saying he's a good fit for any zone scheme
  19. That sounds absurd. I think if he's there at 50 its a steal for us
  20. I think he also mentioned that most teams don't have barrett jones in 1st 2 rds and that sounds absurd. If he's there at #50 that's a steal i think

U say hes slow and URL was blazing at 4.55. I bet if manti ran 4.55 also u would completely ignore that
  22. bowlingtwig replied to a post in a topic in Bearstalk
I bet if manti ran a 4.55 you would change your story and ignore that wouldn't you
  23. bowlingtwig replied to a post in a topic in Bearstalk
He maybe better suited for 3-4. Im not disputing that at all. In regards to system i don't know which is best for him but i think he is worth a 1st rd pick regardless of what system he goes to. I think he can have a good 10+ yrs starting career. If u dont like there 40 times can't we say samething about every single place spouting off 40 times then since combine isn't run yet. Btw 40 times is the most over analysed # in all of football

This isnt ND bias. Its facts i provide problem is u don't like the facts i provide. If he drops weight he MAY gain speed or he may not. No one knows for sure. And if u hate his speed u hate almost every MLB in draft. Here some more facts i know u will hate but thats cool. Following info is found at nfldraftbible.com. They have manti listed at 6'2" 255 lbs and 4.6 forty. Compare that to alec ogletree 6'3" 235 lbs and 4.75 forty. Only 2 players in there top 15 MLB are listed at faster than manti. Arthur brown who is 6'0 230 lbs and 4.59 forty and Tom Wort who is 6'0 230 lbs and 4.5 forty. Put ur hatred of ND down. And if u have been paying attention i dont want manti with #20. I would prefer bpa at OL unless a major run happens on them

So ur thinking if drops to 235 he will gain speed. Lol
