I don't get the Lovie Lackey talk about Fewell. He has spent 12 years in NFL. 3 of those under Lovie. He has spent 4,5 years with Jauron (I'm not sure that it is a plus though ) and 2 years under Capers. Why should he feel that Lovie has contributed so much to his career that he should be a yes man without any independent thoughts on how to run a defense?

Ugoh is not great! He started 4 games this season. Sure, he has been injured but lost the starting position going in this season to 6th rounder. Hardly a Blue chip player.

As stated above, we "drafted" a DE with that pick. BTW, Schaeffer getting cut by the Browns had more to do with money than skill. They saved money by getting St. Clair instead. I disagree with moving Briggs inside. Why have 2 subpar positions instead of one subpar and one excellent? Williams is supposed to be able to play all three LB positions and while Hunter is no physical freak like Urlacher, he got the brain instead. I am sure that he is as good or better than Urlacher in 'quarterbacking' the defense and call out assignments.
