You know Tom Caughlin isn't just going to lay down next week. That's not his style. They still have Ward and Bradshaw to kill the Vikes if Jacobs sits next week out.
I wouldn't be surprised if you see Forte with 30 carries tomorrow. This is the time where two healthy running backs come in handy. Orton just has to manage the games, convert 3rd downs, hit his tight ends to move the chains and let Forte and the offensive line do the rest.
I really don't think Minnesota beats New York in the last game. Especially if the Giants lose tonight, they will be fighting for home field position and you know Tom Caughlin never rests his players. Expect Minnesota to get a full dose of Brandon Jacobs and the other two RB's. This is intense, but of course it means nothing if the Bears don't win out.
If we lose tomorrow I might cry! We need to step up in Bear weather and crush the Pack. Put Aaron Rodgers on the ground all night long. Forte will hopefully step up and have a big day as well in this frigid weather. Expect a smash mouth game!
Yeah I thought it was bogus too. Remember though, it still takes a second to go from 6 seconds to 5 so it doesn't immediately go from 6 to 5 when the ball is snapped. I haven't looked at the video since that day so I can't remember how it looked exactly but I was hot after that game, I remember that!
YEAH! Adrian Peterson with a fumble! Caught a break. That is his weakness.. He fights so hard that he becomes careless with the football. He's fumbled alot this season. Now if the Falcons can score a touchdown on this drive they could take full control of the game.
This game will be close until the 4th. Atlanta will pull away and win 24-14.
First drive of the game, the Falcons go the length of the field and jump out to a 7-0 start!!
Yeah, I'm saying that Forte and Orton are the reasons we are playing better than expected, that is all. Lovie, Turner, and Babich have had about 1-2 good games each and the rest have been subpar to god awful.
I'd let go of Booker and Davis for sure. Lloyd is gone because he's not on good terms with the coaching staff here. Hester will be back as our #1 pre-draft/pre-season until hopefully we go out and get on in free agency ala Chad Johnson or Anquan Boldin to solidify that #1 which moves Hester to the #2.
