Featured Replies

Now the boring time of the year. Cant wait for FA to begin!!!!!!

Pace and Fox now have to go through the roster and prepare for the draft. The next couple of months should be a little more interesting then years past

1. The great Jay debate will be solved.....will they try to win with him now, will they cut him or trade him

2. Marshal= where there is smoke there usually is fire......has he really worn out his welcome

3. What scheme will the Bears be running on D???? should get a pretty good idea by the roster moves

4. what older players will be resigned or cut????

I am really excited to see what the Bears do in FA and the Draft.....not to mention what route they go with Jay.....

Who is ready for some Football????!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm excited see see the team's answers to those questions!

Now that this farce of a past season is over, it's time for some football!

I find I'm looking forward to the Draft and FA this offseason with a renewed sense of hope, not hope we don't royally screw things up yet again, and hope that with dumb luck things get better. I have hope that the Bears are moving forward with a unified plan, a goal to build through the draft, a goal to bring in winning draft classes rather than classes that have more wtf picks than ones that make sense. A new look at FA to actually smartly add pieces that can help the team to supplement rather than bandaid. Then after the draft/FA looking forward to a real professional coaching staff getting their hands on this team and putting them in a position to succeed.

I agree and hope that there is more of an approach to attack undrafted FA with more of a vengeance than bowling for FA dollars. The two teams that played in the Super Bowl generally draft their core and supplement with trades and key Fa acquisitons.
