Bears vs Cardinals Game Thread

Featured Replies

Are the Bears who we thought they were? We should have a pretty good indication on what type of team we are after Sunday. If we win, then we are definitely pointing in the right direction; if we lose, we are almost destined for an 0-3 start and will have a tough hole to get out of.

Week 1 Top PFF Performers:

ILB Shea McClellin (+2.5)

LT Jermon Bushrod (+2.3)

WR Alshon Jeffery (+2.1)

TE Martellus Bennett (+1.9)

FS Adrian Amos (+0.9)

Wow I didn't expect to see Shea as a top performer for last week. Never really saw him a lot and almost everyone on defense was bad

According to Hub, Forte was ranked as the 38th best RB last week. Frankly, I think PFF grades are kind of garbage.

On the Bears first drive, O-Line not too solid, though it was nice to see Miller get a few receptions. Cutler didn't look bad or jumpy.

On defense, we are getting some pressure, so it was to force a punt on their first offensive possession.

Woo Hoo, Cutler to Bellamy for 6 after Cutler extends a play with a great dish to Forte.

Offense and Cutler looked really good on that drive. Cutler overall looks more comfortable and in command of the offense.

Cutler 6-6, 90 yds, 1 TD, 158.3 QB Rating

I mentioned that during the preseason. Cutler just looks like he has ppl who really care

This defense is just... so.. bad. I wish we had some real pass rushers. Everybody is so slow.

Yeah defense is just so void of real talent. But offensively they are doing ok. Cutler is 6-6 for 90 yds and a score. Problem is that he's also the leading rusher

I really love the play designs by Gase and this offense. Really refreshing to have coordinators that tailor gameplans based around their opponents.

TDs by Bellamy and Langford.

Bunch of game balls going home today. Nice to see Langford taste paydirt. The Bears are keeping this game..

This defense might not get another stop the rest of this game. Just unreal how bad they are at all positions.

Uggh, what happened to Fuller? Since his injury last year he has been terrible.

At least he excels at taking up empty space
