October 31, 20169 yr Author comment_160239 Well, it speaks well of Pace I think... Yep. Last year he tried to get Mariotta. Clearly willing to be aggressive and I would be okay if we had either of those guys long-term (still early on both of them, but potential certainly there). Report
October 31, 20169 yr comment_160245 IMO he targeted the correct choices among the top QBs in each of the last two drafts. That at least bodes well for any future QB pick he makes but he has to know now that he'll need to be far more aggressive to trade up and get his guy. Now I don't blame him for not giving up a ton of draft picks. We're overhauling almost the entire roster, I'm ok with getting the bulk of the players early in this process. Report
