    I watched Norv Turner at the press conference. His darting eyes make it very clear this is a scapegoat decision he's doing solely to buy time for himself to right the ship. Ted Cotrell will land on his feet shortly. Rivera will get swept out with the rest of Turner's staff either this year or next and he too will land on his feet.
