Kyle Orton announced after practice Friday that he will be probable for Sunday's game at Green Bay, meaning the Bears' quarterback will return to the starting lineup after missing one game with a right ankle injury.

Orton worked with the first team again in the short practice at Halas Hall and will test out the ankle again Saturday in a brief walk-through before the team travels by bus to Green Bay.

"Kyle looked better today than he did [Thursday],'' coach Lovie Smith said. ``So we're keeping our fingers crossed with him. See how it goes for him [saturday], but he's gotten better each day, there's no reason to think that won't continue [through] Sunday.''

Cornerback Charles Tillman (shoulder) is also expected to be listed as probable when the official injury report comes out in a few hours. Linebacker Hunter Hillenmeyer (right thumb) will also be probable.

I'll be happy when the D holds the Packers to a 3 and out. Of course that has nothing to do with Orton but with him coming back from this injury I do not want to put all the pressure on the offense to win this game. I'd much prefer to see Orton dropping back and handing the ball to Forte for 4 yards, over and over and over. Then the play action will be effective and that will help to give Kyle more time when we pass.

well ya know Gant wont have a good day. If Rogers starts ( questionable at this point) lets hope he has one them patty feet days.

Grant has been awful from what I've heard and read about, but either way, if you're a RB going against the Bears defense, your day will probably be medicore anyways. Rodgers is going to start, he's been probably all week.
