The team has only the cheap a__ McKaskey family to blame for not trying to build their own facility.Evry since the Bears got rid of the artificial surface they have gone through this replacing the turf scenario. Why does any of this happen at all? Beacuse the Chicago Park District says that the Bears only account for 11 dates out of a 365 day calendar year. In my mind they are right and also in my mind when the Bears built a indoor practice in Lake Forest they spared no expense and the turf is artificial. Why not have field turf for the stadium? Inquiring minds want to know. Report
