Jennings needs to go. He should not be starting in the league. Put Bowman in to see if he learned anything over the past year on the bench. He can at least intercept the ball.

Almost completely agree. Jennings can go as a starter, but unless we have a replacement and/or depth availible, he needs to stay until then. Otherwise, spot on.

I believe Bowman's play tonight shows how well he would be as a replacement to Jennings.

I agree. He is a FA and can go. Give Graham the start next week.

Why would anyone cover the out route on a goal line play, I cannot understand. And not to do it once, but 3 times. Major Wright had a crap game tonight too, although I like the way he's played for the most part this season.

Jennings nor Bowman are starters in the NFL. The Bears are going to have to use one of their draft picks to develop a young corner that has some size and physicality to him. I'm not sure how many more years Peanut can play but pretty soon we are going to have to go through a major overhaul of this defense. Peppers, Urlacher, Briggs, Tillman are our best defensive players and they're all over 30 years old. This is why the draft is so important to remain consistent. We are terrible at evaluating draft talent that we haven't had anyone with the exception of Henry Melton come through here on defense that you can really say good things about.

When JA land Smith eventually depart, the cupboard will be bare.
