Based on the number of picks, hopefully we can get 3 of these guys (ranking):

Quarterback

Tyler Wilson, Arkansas (83)

Zac Dysert, Miami, Ohio (103)

Ryan Nassib, Syracuse (96)

Tyler Bray, Tennessee (90)

Landry Jones, Oklahoma (118)

Runningback

Joseph Randle, Oklahoma St. (86)

Andre Ellington, Clemson (91)

Marcus Lattimore, South Carolina (58)

Johnathan Franklin, UCLA (71)

Jawan Jamison, Rutgers (127)

Kenjon Barner, Oregon (136)

Stepfan Taylor, Stanford (141)

Wide Receiver

Quinton Patton, Louisiana Tech (60)

Da'Rick Rogers, Tennessee Tech (64)

Ryan Swope, Texas A&M (117)

Kenny Stills, Oklahoma (142)

Chris Harper, Kansas St (166)

Cobi Hamilton, Arkansas (172)

Tight End

Dion Sims, Michigan State (95)

Levine Toilolo, Stanford (130)

Offensive Line

Oday Aboushi, Virginia (92)

Reid Fragel, Ohio St. (111)

Barrett Jones, Alabama (63)

Brian Schwenke, California (80)

David Quessenberry, San Jose St. (165)

Jordan Mills, Louisiana Tech (100)

Defensive Tackle

Jesse Williams, Alabama (31)

Everett Dawkins, Florida St. (153)

Linebacker

Chase Thomas, Stanford (85)

Khaseem Green, Rutgers (43)

Gerald Hodges, Penn St. (106)

Kevin Reddick, North Carolina (160)

AJ Klein, Iowa St (188)

Cornerback

Jordan Poyer, Oregon St. (59)

BW Webb, William & Mary (113)

Tharold Simon, LSU (147)

Mike Edwards, Hawaii (139)

Terry Hawthorne, CB

WR = Swope or Kenny Stills

CB - Sanders Commins or Webb

Barkley, Schwenke, Jones, Wilson, Nassib, Poyer, or Webb would all be outstanding.

Remember though, Emery said last night that he has a preference for the SEC. Does this mean Jones, Bray, or Wilson will be the pick?

I'm really impressed by the tape of Da'Rick Rodgers. He could learn a lot from Marshall. Maybe former SEC will be good enough . . .

Also think we'll trade down at least once today and come away with a QB, WR, DT, and CB.

There is very little value in these late round picks, I would rather stay put and pick up 2-3 of the guys listed above vs maybe only 1 or 2.

Me personally I would love to see Williams-Simon-Toiolo as our final 3 picks. I kinda doubt it shakes down that way though. I wouldn't be shocked, based on visits and such, if Simon is our pick in the 4th.

Pass on getting a QB and just grab David Garrard or Tim Tebow ;).

I'm glad you mentioned him as I forgot to say something. I mentioned him a few days ago and mentioned how talented he is. If he was still at Tennessee, he'd be a round 2 pick.

Stop. Jesse Williams is horrible and Tebow + Garrard suck.

I hate to say it but I agree with you on your insight, I would prefer Haththorne or Simon, but at this stage I doubt if the CB would have an impact until a couple of years now. After having said that, do you think Frey from last year could be developed enough to fit into a backup spot this year?
