At least that is who I thought I saw on tv... I have seen threads on here saying if we don't win the title game or superbowl lovie and the staff should be fired... well I will say this acc... epting mediocrity is unacceptable!!! Our defense has held this team up by the jock strap for urlachers entire career and throughout lovies coaching tenure and anyone who thinks that without lovie the defense would have not been good is crazy in fact I beg to differ that it could have been better... lovie holds this team back from his poor preperations for the team to the poor game plan and to the poor in game adjustments and the poor challenge record... he needs to go after this year…

I was in Vegas for that debacle and just got home. Thankfully, I only threw away $15 in bets on that turd sandwich. I sense the frustration on this board and in the fans I ran into this Monday. I am right there. So many here have pointed out OL is a problem. Here's what I walk away from this game with... 1. Disapointment. Yet again, on the grand stage we managae a performance that is truly embarassing. We didn't belong on the same field as SF on Monday. It doesn't matter really what the cause was. it just was. We looked out classed top to bottom. Yet again. Last time it was GB, this time SF. Any big game, big stage..plan for it. We will sh&…

Reported as arthroscopic but no details on severity yet. Is he headed for IR? Offense is headed from bad to worse. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...0,3093433.story

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1483161...the-web/page/21 Richardson is the guy who destroyed Fluker - But way undersized unless he is a DE (hint hint 3-4) I think we address the LT in Free Agency and get a new LB corp.

1 We fire Lovie and the staff 2. We signed CB LeQuan Lewis and let DJ Moore go Lewis is bigger and faster and with special teams ability as a return man. 3. We sign Martellus Bennett TE (can catch & block)and cut Davis and Spaeth who were not good at either 4. We sign Jermon Bushrod LT to replace Webb and move Webb to RT 5. We re-sign Melton & Collins at DT and cut Toeaina 6 We re-sign Bowman in case Hayden leaves(nothing major here)still looking for help at this position 7. We sign Turk McBride just in case Idonije and Okoye dont come back (played for the Chiefs) http://www.chicagobears.com/news/article-1...93-9efbe2fad27e …

The draft will fill some of our roster spots, but other than the first two rounds, how much will you be able to count on them for major contributions. We still have some roster spots to fill that has to get done. We still need a backup QB. I think McCown is the logical choice, due to our comfort zone with him and he will be cheap. Also Campbell could come back but after paying him 3.5 mil last year , I dont see him playing cheap. Unless its a high draft pick, I dont see us getting our #2 in the draft. Other possibilities, Kolb, Grossman, and Brady Quinn. conclusion: Campbell will cost to much and didnt look good last …

A good article on draft and trade values: http://www.windycitygridiron.com/2013/4/17...ft-value-charts Just like what many of us have said, the 49ers look like prime candidates for our pick if they want it. They have the picks and the value is good for both teams. One interesting one would be Miami with 42 and 54, would they be willing to do it, and would we be willing to drop 22 slots for #54. We would then have #42, #50, and #54, which actually seems like a really sweet spot in the draft for value vs performance. To me that would almost be like getting 3 new starters, and even possibly 2 OL.

Predictions for upcoming draft. We will trade down and grab an extra third and 6th.(several trade partners, no need to go into detail.) 2 of our first 3 picks will be defense. We will grab a OLine prospect but not at top of draft. We will draft a WR. I also think we grab a QB prospect in 5 or 6. I have thrown out there the names I like Ogletree, Brown, Minter, Greene, Hodges: Stills, Swope,Boyd,Ausin: Fredirch,Swenke,Jones, Warford,Winters: Banks,Amerson,Ryan,Alford,Hawthorne.
