I think with all the problems we have on the team, the last thing we need is a distraction. The two guys I would want are the Ocho and TJ Whosurmama. I remember like two years ago on Fox NFL Sunday, the boys did a story on Chad Johnson and Carson Palmer that said the two took their bye week and went to go watch Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison play so they could emmulate their chemistry both on and off the field. This really hit home with me because it shows, despite the sometimes negative attention Chad Johnson gets because he is outspoken, etc., he truely wants to win. TO may want to win also, but that desire to win also brings with it a very distracting, destructive personality.

I honestly wanted to the bears to draft leftwich just because of his heart at Marshall and he's kind of had a rocky career only because he had a terrible recieving squad in Jacksonville

I was speechless after that first touchdown pass. And then on top of it, we finally started to use Desmond Clark in short yardage third down situations. This was an absolutely dominant performance and although we only found the endzone once, the long 10-12 play drives, eating up the clock, was something that I was most happy to see. The touchdowns will come, but this is a very scary team now if we can be consistant on the offensive side of the ball. Lets keep this good thing goin.

I hope he gets slaughtered by our D this sunday. He has done absolutely nothing for the Lions since they drafted him. The guy has so much potential but he seems content with just running his mouth and not backing it up. He has no idea what he has gotten himself and his team into come this sunday. This is gonna do nothing more than piss us off more and give us a reason to hurt him real bad. My advice to him, shut your mouth, play football, and finally do something with your career. Make the big catches, be a leader on your team, and take your team that was 34 pts away from 40 to the playoffs, then you can start making these bold predictions against the leagues best defense.

I want to see him have a Cadillac Williams type of year. I love Texas sports and i was extremely pumped when the Bears got Cedric. We've see what he can do at Texas and i think his style translates real well to the NFL and just needs to reps to get into the form we want to see. With all this crap goin on with TJ, and the problems he seems to be bringing to the table, i would love to see nothing more than Cedric take his spot and perform above and beyond his capability. I want him to be our reliable back of the future and with TJ being a problem, this is his shot to prove himself to both the Bears front office and more importantly, us as diehard Bears fans.

The Eagles getting Lelie would be the last thing they would need from a locker room chemistry stand point. They just got rid of the biggest distraction in TO and now they would want to get Lelie who, from what i've heard about him, is he is a big whiner and complainer. Don't give me wrong, he is a good player and would be a good addition from an offensive stand point, but I don't think the Eagles need to have another distraction.

I am a huge Texas fan, been since I could remember, and even though Jones is under contract and won't be traded, this controversy could be what Benson needs to get his head out of his ass and start performing like he did as a Longhorn. He was awesome to watch at Texas. We all saw how Jones performed when Benson held out, he got upset with the situation, and this might happen with Benson now that he sees Jones' attitude toward the Bears. I think Benson could be a great back in the NFL and this could be an opportunity for him to show what he has if Jones gives the Bears problems.

This is awesome news.....You definately need to keep these type of impact players around. Both Briggs and Urlacher are fun to watch and will be the leaders of the D and key in bringing a championship back to Chicago. Great News!!
