Now that, I disagree with. IMO, it's the opposite. You don't really know what you're getting with any USC guy. That system has produced great COLLEGE WR's in the past few years. Jarrett is a playmaker with good hands and size, but he can't block, and he is pretty slow.
Why not? Houston is a physical CB that can use his body. He is as close to a shut-down corner as there is in this draft. And for some reason, I don't see JA picking Jarrett even if he is available. (See: Mark Bradley)
Best CB IMO. He shuts down the opponents best WR. He shut down Bowe, Jarrett, and Meachem last season. Especially Jarrett, holding him to 5 catches and 30 some yards.
