What has come of the Madden ratings. I don't even look at them much anymore, besides speed and overall. I remember when the best rookie would get a 78 rating. Merriweather at 82? Wow.

If we get anything out of Olsen comparable to Todd Heap, Grossman will be in the Pro Bowl and the Bears will be in the Super Bowl. I love Hester so damn much. The guy is special.

In the NFL, it's just so damn hard to have a streak of successful playoff appearances. I say, with this young core, we have 2 years to get it done.

I just hope Turner can use all these guys the right way and maximize the abilities and potential for all of them. I'd love for Olsen to be that guy that finds the soft spot in the middle of the defense and just exploit that to death. I really like what the team has done on the offensive side, now, it's just a matter of getting it done right.

I know they have Watson, but they were talking about really giving Brady some weapons this year. A bunch of Patriots fans I know said they wanted Olsen.

That makes no sense at all. RB Blocking is picking up blitzes for the most part. Benson is no where close to the blocker, or blitz-picker-upper, that TJ is and was. And just for reference, there are no Benson haters here. We're all Bears fans. Only Benson doubters.

I can see why JA and Lovie liked him so much. He's the kind of guy we need in our system. Fast, strong, and sideline-to-sideline runners. I know Lovie stresses having multiple players around the tackle, and he could very well prove to be a viable replacement for Briggs. Hell, he wears #55 too.
