IMO, there is absolutely no way he will be given a head job next year.

I actually saw him last game drive blocking his guy downfield on some runs, so thats a positive. He still gets killed on speed rush, but at least he is getting better in some regard.

I think I agree, if they could get him for a cost friendly deal, I think our system is more his speed. It would be a good addition and Melton could end up playing more on the outside. I saw last game he was playing both DT and DE similar to what Izzy used to do.

He can call some different plays. Getting Cutler in the shotgun would help him with the blitz. Like I said, its not a surprise that the line is bad and people are going to blitz on pass downs. The line is not going to magically become a probowl one so plan accordingly.
