  1. You could argue Henderson played a much tougher schedule but then their results against Oregon are interesting. Albeit Jeanty played the Ducks much earlier in the season. But he ran up nearly 200 yards.
  2. This isn’t the only site reporting this but I agree with many here… take it with a grain of salt. Poles doesn’t leak so if anything it would be New England trying to boost the value of their pick.
  3. For me it’s simple. If Jeanty is there he’s the pick. If not they may trade back for additional draft capital.
  4. Kiper's latest, for what it's worth, has the Bears taking Henderson with their 2nd round pick.
  5. He’s gone before the season starts barring injuries to Caleb and Case. Just my opinion.
  6. I always think of G as the easiest line position to flip from side to side. Am I wrong about that?
  7. Injury last year being a shoulder doesn’t scare me. Hopefully they got the all clear on that. If so, I’m fine with investing a low round pick for a potential starter. Run game improves a lot with him out there.
  8. To me I wonder how much our current players that apparently need to be replaced with FA's really suck and how much of it was they weren't schemed properly or coached up. Odd the teams like the Lions could lose guy after guy and still be productive. It'll be difficult for the new staff to know these things because film only tells part of the story. Poles will know, somewhat, but I'll be watching to see what the do given this side of the topic.
  9. If Poles focuses on OL and this coaching staff is as good as it looks on paper, his job was secure for the long haul anyway. It's undeniable he's brought talent to this roster after being handed a shit sandwich. He's made mistakes too but are they out of line with any other GM in the league? I think not. It's always thought to be good to align your HC and GM so I'm for them getting this done. Now, they've got to prove it.
  10. Amen. AND some quality depth! Can’t go into it with 5 studs and expect they’ll all stay healthy all season.
  11. I like the DC hire a lot. See the OC hire as a guy who can run practice for Johnson and grow into the role. As such I don’t hate it but was hoping for more experience. The dude is 28!
  12. I prefer occasionally getting burned by aggressiveness than being just safe enough to lose the game.
