Watch the play again. Honestly watch the play. And if you STILL believe this is not at the VERY least a turnover shared by Knox, then I don't know what to say. I want Cutler to be great. I think he can be. Unfortunately he hasn't been. But I think your obsession with saying how horrible he is is worse than what I'm doing. I don't think you're being realistic at all. On THREE different INTs the WR quit on Cutler. And on nearly every play other than that one drive in the third quarter, the OL absolutely sucked. It is just hard for me to understand how you guys can just act as if Cutler is supposed to do something other than have turnovers when it's plainly obvious the other players aren't giving his drops or passes a chance to be successful.

Hard for Cutler to judge the depth of the pass when it's plainly obvious that Knox was jogging on that route. I defy ANYONE to watch that play again and tell me Knox wasn't dogging it. I have watched it four times and it is obvious.

How do you "lock on" to a WR on a 3-step drop? Do you realize how stupid that sounds?

On that drive alone... Knox drops an obvious first down catch. Webb gets called for a hold. Surprise. Knox quits on ANOTHER route, and almost costs Cutler another interception. But, yeah, this is all on Cutler. He needs to go 34 for 40, get 350 yards and 3 TDs with no INTs.

Bad throw, but notice the first person being blamed by Aikman is Knox, who completely quit on the throw and his route. Nearly the same thing as the first interception. But yeah, it's ALL on Cutler.

Nice try; the fumble is on Forte. I only blame them when it's their fault. Unlike you, who couldn't say something nice about Cutler or Martz if they were saving puppies and special needs children from a church fire.

The fact of the matter is, that was the first turnover that was really on him. The other interception was thanks to a WR not doing his job. Fact. The fumble was the result of a bad play call, a bad job by the OL, a horrible noncall by the officials, and a braindead nonreview by your boy Lovie. Fact.

3rd Quarter run blocking... WHERE HAVE THESE GUYS BEEN ALL YEAR?! There have actually been holes and cutback lanes. Forte and Taylor actually look pretty good when there is a sliver of open field.

According to az, that was all on Cutler. The "fumble" was A] a bad play call, B] clearly a TD, and C] a play that Lovie should have reviewed. The interception was clearly something that shouldn't have happened, as mentioned by Aikman. Good job by Hester not doing what a WR is supposed to do.

"Ball control, run and churn the clock." - Tough to do when the OL doesn't allow for that ball or clock control. What's the YPC for the Bears' RBs this year? "Get with your oline coach and create a plan..." - Please be specific. I'm sure that Martz and Tice have talked before. But maybe YOU have some great ideas they haven't thought up. Remember, THESE guys are in the NFL and have been coaching for YEARS, something that has been unreproachable for some time on this board. "create a game plan..." - Yeah, good luck with that. Aside from the last drive, nearly EVERY play has been blown up.

All you seem to do is criticize, but you have no answers. And you know it. Manu was a bad signing. Taylor hasn't helped much. But there is nearly nothing he can do with an OL this bad. This is the worst OL in the NFL, which is not up for debate, and perhaps the worst OL of all time (right up there with the OL that almost got David Carr killed).

Um...easy...they played like shit last year, but they are playing like a mixed bag of zoo shit this year? It is unequivocally undeniable that the OL is playing worse this year than at any time last year.

Agreed. I was. I am. Please refer to my previous post that listed all the different things Martz has tried, only to see the OL completely shit the bed on every play. There's not much he can really call/do when EVERY play gets blown up. Run? Nothing. Tons of pressure, no holes. Pass? Nothing. Tons of pressure, no time to throw. Is there something other than a run or a pass that he should try?

Great. Webb has cement in his shoes and lets Orakpo go around end. Meanwhile Williams, the first rounder who can't find a position, thinks he only needs to hold his block for 1.5 seconds. Cutler has no chance. I hope he has health insurance.

Side note: Martz has called... 1) Max protect 2) Roll outs 3) Play action 4) Wildcat 5) WR screen 6) Conventional run off tackle 7) RB screen And it has ALL been blown up because the OL gets tossed around like a 80lb hooker. WTF is Martz supposed to call? I can imagine his frustration when the plays don't ever get a chance to succeed because of the garbage OL, and then down/distance limits options. It makes matters worse when the opponent KNOWS the Bears can't run because of the garbage OL. Hands are tied at that point. --EDIT-- And when the OL finally does protect, Hester falls down on a perfectly thrown ball.

Nice pipe dream, but we all know it's not happening. I wish it were.
